Q1.  Describe the basic forms of organisational structures and types of organisational cultures? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each structure and culture?  Q2.   Pick TWO organisations of your choice (preferably your current and former employer.) and attempt the following the questions
a)    Comment on their structure and culture and identify their relationship. Explain what effect their relationship has on their business performance. (AC 1.2)
