Select two different organisation in the same industry for example: British airways and Ryanair. Compare and contrast their Human Resources strategies from a perspective of fir with the current and/or emergent contexts. Critically evaluate the link between organisational strategy, HRM strategy and business performance, and how they are shaped and developed in both organisations. Use theoretical approaches studied in this course make references to practical examples that highlight your analysis, and discuss a recommendation for each organisation.
