For the small business that you have chosen to study in assignment 1, your task is to describe how you might: overcome weaknesses such as lack of skills in particular areas, establish and strengthen links with existing customers, identify new opportunities for your organisation and evaluate and develop your own skills and those of your employees.
Assignment objectives
In this assignment you will need to show how weaknesses identified in assignment 1 may be rectified and strengths built upon. You will also need to demonstrate your understanding of the interdependence of the key functions within your selected organisation by predicting the effects of recommended courses of action on other activities and people within the organisation.
