This condition has been systematically evaluated and interpreted to comprehend the present situation faced by the students while pursuing their higher education. This kind of mental disorder has created severe complications such as inability to interact with the social groups, monotonous code of conduct.In this conditions student feels that they are not identical in comparison to other people (Stenhoffet al. 2020). Moreover, ASD refers to mental incapability that has adversely affected the mental state of the children where they cannot easily interact with other normal students and differs in their code of conduct. In certain cases, it often happens that a normal children’s mother very frequently accuses the ASD child-mother of not cooperating within the school premises.
2. Locate in-depth research relating to autism spectrum disorder as an education worker
By evaluating from Journal 1, Autism spectrum disorder diagnosis in adults: phenotype and genotype findings from a clinically derived cohort it can be stated that most of the adults and young children have faced the problem of mental dysfunctioning which has paralyzed their thinking and reasoning power (Carter et al. 2017). It has also provided relevant information regarding ASD in adults and has thereby provided medical counselling to those innocent adults who find it difficult to interact socially with other normal groups. It has also suggested the variants or essential components linked with ASD to combat the risk faced by the adults within the spectrum of modern society.
By evaluating from Journal 2, Parents’ views and experiences of the autism spectrum disorder diagnosis of their young child: a longitudinal interview study it can be systematically evaluated that ASD is a nerve-based problem. It requires serious diagnosis because of incapable to interact with other young children and sometimes behaves insanely and finds difficult to cope with other members in the society (Nuske et al. 2019). Moreover, the main factor stated in this journal is that the parents should comprehend the mental illness faced by their children and then accordingly diagnose their state of mind.
It has been seen from these two journals that while investigating the causes of autism spectrum disorder being an education worker it is important to eliminate these diseases.Moreover, provide an effective diagnosis to the children for their mental growth and upliftment.

Display the cause of impairment and evaluate the process to establish a diagnosis
The main causes of impairment include problems of eye contact, the expression of faces is different, the posture of the body is not as a normal child also lagging in emotional and reasoning intelligence. The process which needs to be assessed for establishing a diagnosis is developmental based monitoring. Such kind of monitoring has noticed the developmental growth of a child, and due to the passage of time have experienced the excellence achieved by their children (Gillon et al. 2017). If this has not been fulfilled by them, then the parents are suggested to meet with their doctors as early as possible. Another factor for diagnosis is developmental based screening. This process has taken an in-depth investigation regarding the mental and physical development of a child.
