Private limited company and public limited company would also need to ensure they have all four documents to run their organisations; (BBC,2017)

  • Register with Companies House– Companies house need to be registered to examine and store company data to make sure the registration is completed and accurate. The information is then available to the public. (Gov uk, 2017)
  • Issued with a Certificate of Incorporation– According to Jody Smith a certificate of incorporation which is a lawful paper which is distributed by the Companies House to every limited liability company after they have completed their official registration within the United Kingdom.   • Memorandum of Association- Is legal document which is agreed and signed by all of the shareholders to form the limited company(Gov uk,2017)
  • Articles of Association – is an agreement of rules about running the organisation agreed by the directors, company secretary and shareholders. (Gov uk,2017)
