- Interim authority- There is interim authority over the premises by the holder. It means that holder can continue his business as long as the holder wants. If any holder become:
- Insolvent
- Died
- Mentally incapacity
Then the interim authority is given to the licensing authority. And it is made up by the prescribed authority and with the prescribed fee.

- Prevent the crime and disorder- by taking the premises license then the crimes and other disorder should be prevented.
